For laughing out loud

If you are wondering WTH is that.....hehee....I was trying my hand at drawing Mickey Mouse, but I ended up drawing Curious George......well atleast now I can say ok, I can draw Curious George! The bottom one .. I don't know whom it resembles.....any suggestions?
